I have achieved the President’s Club Award numerous years through our local Real Estate Association as well as reaching the Master's Level since 2018. I was honored to be a Gold Award winner in 2019/20 and reached Platinum through Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate recognition. My awards are a tribute to the amazing families I have been honored to help over the past nine years. I have a Passion for working with first time home buyer and military families. My father and uncles were all in the Air Force or Army, and my brother served in the US Navy. My true reward though?? It is seeing a young family achieve their dreams of first time home ownership. It is seeing a growing family move up into a home that meets the needs for their growing family. It is helping a couple downsize now that they are empty nesters to a home that they aren't swallowed up in. And, there are times when I am asked to assist for the not so happy times. Parents pass away and the children sell their parent's home , and unfortunately divorces happen, but I strive to make those tough sales as easy as I can for the parties involved. A home purchase or sale is a huge decision. I am honored to help make that huge step as profitable for a seller as I can, or help a buyer get the best deal that we can.
